Equity at the Center
We are a group of expert consultants who provide quality training, support, and coaching across the fields of social work, restorative justice, racial justice and DEIB efforts. As a collective, we assist members by providing thought partnership around hiring practices, strategic planning, executive coaching—all through an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, restorative lens. We help our clients define measurable, appropriate steps towards organizational change in service of collective, organizational wellness.
A Restorative Approach
It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on how to grow restorative practices from the ground, up. Rather than do things the typical way, we help organizations design systems that center the team and employees’ humanity while balancing the tasks necessary to keep the organization running effectively.

Initial Consults
Virtual or in-person, this time is designated for organizations to process and explore potential synergy around what we offer and emergent organizational needs.

Virtual or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your leadership style juxtaposed with the needs of the organization and internal anti-racist/anti-oppressive work. Coaching can be weekly or bi-weekly. *Team coaching is also available.
